Practical Wellbeing for
People Under Pressure
I Am Well provides commissioned wellbeing work for workplaces, schools, charities and community services, alongside complementary therapies and practical support for individuals and families.
Whether you are planning support for a team or group, or looking for something for yourself or your family, choose the route closest to what you need.
Available online, in person and internationally.
The I Am Well Approach
Wellbeing becomes more useful when people can recognise what is happening before pressure begins making every decision for them.
That is what practical wellbeing means here: skills people can use while life is busy, stressful or emotionally demanding, rather than only when they have time to stop.
Across workshops, programmes, therapies and resources, I return to three things.
Notice
Recognise the early signs in the body, thoughts, feelings or behaviour.
Understand
Make sense of what may be sitting underneath the reaction without judgement.
Respond
Choose a practical way to support what is needed in that moment.
Then we practise, because knowing what to do and being able to use it in real life are not always the same thing.

Christmas & End-of-Year Staff Wellbeing
Practical team experiences for organisations wanting to thank staff, bring people together or help them finish the working year more steadily.
Led by Dee Marshall
I Am Well is my professional practice, shaped by more than 20 years of working alongside children, families, schools, workplaces and communities.
I am an integrated wellbeing practitioner, complementary therapist and experienced facilitator. Rather than starting with a fixed technique, I look at what is happening, what the setting requires and what people need to understand, practise or take away.
People rarely need another lecture about looking after themselves. They need support that makes sense in the life they are actually living, with practical tools they can continue using when the session is over.
